In today’s busy modern culture many companies do not live up to their promises. So it is a pleasant surprise when a company proves that there are still good organizations that live up to their promised credo.
Visiting Angles of Northern Arizona is one of those companies. I was fortunate enough to call Visiting Angeles when my husband and I moved to Arizona. They were one of many I decided to interview. My husband suffered a severe stroke in 2020 and I needed 3 to 4 days of assistance every week to care for him.
My first interaction was with Cecelia Jernegan, Visiting Angles Partner and Director. I knew after my first conversation with her that Visiting Angles was the right fit. Over the last 4 years their service to me and my husband was one of competence, caring and love.
Every caregiver assigned was well trained. Punctuality was near perfect. They were always properly dressed in the Visiting Angles uniform. Their interaction with my husband kept his day from being boring and drab do his isolated existence. They preformed the customer care plan as required; many of them going above and beyond to help me. If I had to change my schedule for any reason or add on to the scheduled hours my request was met by the scheduling department even on short notice.
I cherish the last 4 years of their service to my family. My husband, unfortunately, became too frail due to ongoing medical problems and advanced age and we had to make the tuff decision to put him in an assisted care facility. He misses his Visiting Angles caregivers.
