United Community Health Center

United Community Health Center’s focus is to provide primary healthcare services including office visits for illness, injuries, chronic conditions, immunizations and health maintenance for all ages.

United Community Health Center (UCHC), a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), is a medical home that provides primary and preventive health care to the population of southern Arizona and is open to all regardless of their ability to pay. Currently, there are eleven community health centers under the umbrella of UCHC located in the communities of Green Valley, Sahuarita, Vail, Arivaca, Amado, and Three Points.
