Navi Nurses is a nurse-led, concierge nursing company founded in 2021 with a simple belief: that exceptional healthcare shouldn’t end at the hospital door or be limited by insurance. We bring experienced, compassionate registered nurses directly into homes — so that recovery, chronic care, and complex medical needs can be managed in the place people feel most like themselves. 

Our team of over 150 registered nurses’ spans more than 25 specialties, and every one of them is chosen not just for clinical excellence, but for the ability to treat each client as a whole person: not a chart, not a diagnosis, not a number. 

Navi Nurses was founded by Jasmine Bhatti, RN, who brings a decade of experience at leading academic medical centers, and an intimate understanding of where traditional care falls short. She started Navi Nurses for the people she watched leave the hospital capable of so much more recovery than the system had time to support, or insurance companies would pay for. That gap is where we work.
