Elizabeth Harris, MSW, the Founder and Lead Consultant of Concierge Consulting, began her professional journey in California in 1982 as a CNA. In 1994, she earned her Activity Director Certification in San Jose, CA. She earned her RCFE Administrator certification in 2000 and later became an Assisted Living Director for a large Independent and Assisted Living community. Since relocating to Arizona in Oct. 2002, she continually expanded her career in senior healthcare and family caregivers’ social services programs and services. Followed by earning her Associate’s in Gerontology in Dec. 2009 from Phoenix Community College, a Bachelor’s in Aging Development in Aug. 2010 from Arizona State University, and a Master’s in Social Work in 2013 from Arizona State University with a Master Certification from ASU and the University of Arizona. Elizabeth’s dedication to her education extends her knowledge and is called to serve families navigating the complex system of care and the individuals’ needs by networking with aging services and community programs that strengthen support systems for seniors and family caregivers.

As a contracted leader with the Arizona Department of Economic Security, Division of Aging and Adult Services, she was at the helm of launching and establishing the Arizona Caregiver Coalition, as a 501 (c) organization by developing and launching three community-based programs to assist family caregivers navigating complex systems statewide across Arizona. She is honored to have served on the Board of Directors and became the Coalition’s first Executive Director in 2014, building sustainable partnerships that continue to serve Arizona families today.

Currently, through Concierge Consulting, she operates a woman- and family-owned business specializing in affordable Arizona Long Term Care Support (ALTCS) applications. We proudly offer free ALTCS assessments, complimentary community education, and resource referrals to seniors, families, and professionals statewide. Our goal has always been to bridge the gap between community need and accessible care, ensuring every senior and family caregiver receives compassionate, knowledgeable guidance through the challenges of aging and long-term care planning.
