Angels Care Hospice, part of the AngMar Management Services network, is a premier provider of hospice services in the communities we serve. AngMar is a privately held family company based in Mansfield, TX, that manages a network of multiple hospice agencies with locations in six states, including Arizona, Kansas, Nebraska, Oklahoma, Texas and Virginia. Our comprehensive, holistic approach to hospice care centers around reducing the fear and burden associated with the end-of-life journey. This approach allows our patients and their families to live the fullest and most meaningful life possible wherever the patient calls home, including skilled nursing facilities, assisted living/independent living facilities, hospitals or long-term care facilities.

The interdisciplinary team for Angels Care Hospice, including nurses, physicians, hospice aides, social workers, chaplains, bereavement counselors and volunteers, provide care that focuses on pain and symptom management, comfort, dignity and quality of life to the patient and their family. We provide a personalized plan of care for each patient developed with their/family’s input; medications, medical supplies and/or equipment related to the patient’s diagnosis; Physical, Occupational and Speech-language therapy services; hospice aide/homemaker services; short-term respite care for caregiver relief; education and training for the caregiver; volunteer services, grief and bereavement services for family/caregiver, and much more.
