Angels Care Home Health is a Medicare-certified home health agency that is managed by AngMar Management Services, a privately held family company based in Mansfield, Texas. AngMar manages a network of multiple home health agencies with locations in ten states, including Arizona, Florida, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, Ohio, Oklahoma, Texas and Virginia. Our patient population numbers continue to grow, fueled by the specialized patient-centered care that the company provides and our commitment to excellence in serving our local communities.

Angels Care provides skilled nursing care, restorative therapy and medical social services to patients in their homes or wherever they may reside, including assisted living facilities and retirement communities. Under the direction of the physician, the agency administers medical services to the patient while strictly adhering to the physician’s plan of care. Angels Care’s services create a continuum of care throughout the disease process, emphasizing patient and family education, which empowers the patient to take an active role in the management of their condition. This approach is also supported by our Community Classroom and Caregiver Support Education classes conducted each month in the communities we serve. Whether our patients are coping with chronic illness, healing from an injury, or relearning lost skills, they have the resources to help them manage their condition and enjoy quality living at home.
