About Always Best Care Senior Services
We are locally owned and operated, yet supported by our national franchise whose expertise spans nearly three decades.
Tom and Janné are both natives to the Valley of the Sun. Their family and community ties span from central Phoenix to Mesa, including Tempe, Scottsdale, Chandler and Awhatukee. Tom is a graduate of Tempe High and stayed local to earn his BS from ASU. While working in the insurance industry and raising three children, he earned his MIM from Boston University. They have enjoyed living in Dobson Ranch (Mesa) for the past 18 years. Together they have raised 3 children who are now raising their 7 grandchildren whom they love to spend time with. After being empty-nesters, they provided a loving home and family to three teenagers in foster care.
Prior to opening their Always Best Care agency, Janńe was the Royal Family Kids Camp, Compass Chapter, Director. This volunteer role stemmed from her passion to serve vulnerable children and at-risk youth. She has lovingly spent thousands of hours serving foster children. Now, she is grateful to funnel her passions, gifts, experiences and talents into serving another vulnerable population, our seniors. Together they have served the elderly in their church, volunteered with numerous organizations, and mentored youth & young adults.
Their decision to open an Always Best Care agency stemmed from watching many friends care for loved ones who have experienced challenges with aging and ailments, as well as caring for their own family. Positively contributing to the needs of their community, partnering with struggling families, and easing peoples’ burdens is their motivation.
“Tom’s mom devotedly cared for her dad until he passed away at 100 years old. Shortly after, they moved her mother-in-law into their home and she spent 4 years caring for her. We watched the toll it took on her. At times, we thought we might lose her before them due to the stress it put on her. Thankfully, we didn’t. She is now 85 and still going strong! Her example motivates me to partner with families to support them during what can be a very arduous season of life.”
