The Meadows of Prescott Valley

The Meadows of Prescott Valley is a family owned and operated, assisted living home established in 2015. Ross and Christine bring professional standards and family atmosphere to create a comfortable and peaceful home. Ross is a registered nurse with over 16 years experience. Christine manages the home and stays in communication with families as well as health care providers.

Residents are assisted to reach their highest level of function by certified staff. A personalized plan of care is created that is collaborative, holistic, and resident-centered. Being able to accommodate each individual needs, awake staff is available throughout the night. The Meadows is licensed for 10 residents creating a family experience The staff receives ongoing training and education specific to the changing resident needs, as well as further specialized training in Alzheimer’s and Dementia Care. This unique combination creates a warm and welcoming environment.
