Inpatient Rehab Services - the care you need to get back home.
Good Samaritan Society-Prescott Valley Samaritan provides Inpatient rehab services for people of all ages who no longer need hospital care, but would benefit from additional therapy and care before returning home following injury, illness or surgery. This therapy can be a critical step to help you transition from the hospital to your home as safely as possible. Our Medicare-certified inpatient rehab programs feature therapy gyms and include physical and occupational therapy and speech-language pathology.
Long Term Care - dignified, personalized care
Prescott Valley Samaritan long term care offers therapeutic recreation programs and other specialized therapies and services, including licensed therapists, recreational and spiritual activities, around-the-clock personalized care, nutrition-planned meals and care planning with families.
We want you to know one simple fact: Our residents are each cared for in a way that benefits their own physical, emotional and spiritual needs.
What is a Continuum of Care?
Whether you're planning retirement or already retired, it's important to consider how your health care needs may change as you age. So, as you search for where you want to call home, why not consider a community that offers multiple levels of care at the same location? This is called a continuum of care and is offered at our Good Samaritan Society Prescott and Prescott Valley locations. Other services we offer include assisted living, home health, in-home hospice and a hospice in-patient unit.
The Good Samaritan Society strives to provide a continuum of care, so as you grow older, you'll have comfort and peace of mind knowing you'll be taken care of no matter what level of care you need.
